Counseling
Counseling is available for children, adolescents, and adults located in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Areas of specialty include grief and loss, trauma, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Individual counseling is $200 for adults and $100 for children, per session. Sliding scale payments may be available, upon request. Insurance is not accepted, however, you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company through out-of-network reimbursement.
NOTE: at this time only virtual appointments are available. Insurances that are currently accepted are Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Aetna, and Cigna
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is provided for individuals and organizations. We provide supervision for licensed graduate professional counselors (LGPCs), licensed professional counselors (LPCs), and mental health professionals seeking licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Training
Training is offered for agencies, organizations, and schools in the areas of mental health and wellness, best practices for school counselors and teachers, traumatic stress, and trauma-informed care. If you do not see a topic, inquire by sending us an email through our Contact section.
Consultation
Consultation is provided in the areas of early childhood, trauma-informed care, early childhood, clinical supervision, counseling, and education.
